She has taught me so much and really transformed my postpartum journey! This class is for everyone! If you’re pregnant, 1 week postpartum to 30 years postpartum, or experiencing pelvic floor weakness due to aging! Don’t hesitate, sign up! I loved this 5 day course so much that I signed up for the 5 week course and have seen even more results. Her program is easy to do even with a busy schedule.
