Doctor of Chiropractic, Postnatal Fitness Specialist and Mom of two little ones.

How does this work?

Will this really help heal an ab separation (diastasis recti) without exercises?
This mini course is 5 days long and will teach you my 3 daily essentials which I used to start healing my own diastasis recti. This is just the beginning step but will start your healing journey today and with time your diastasis should start to heal. If you need more help in this area I would suggest purchasing my TOTAL Core Recovery System after you complete this mini course, and of course i always encourage moms to see a pelvic floor PT if you have not already. Does this involve any exercise?
Nope! no exercsie is required. You will be encourage to take daily walks anywhere from 5-20 minutes but otherwise there is no exercise. The videos you watch will teach you safe and effective strategies you can apply to your day even on the go! You do not need to be cleared to exercise to take this, it is safe and recommended for all levels prenatal and postpartum.

Yes! you do not need to be cleared to exercise to take this course. The methods and strategies you learn are safe and effective for anyone even if you had your baby yesterday, in fact I wish more moms would learn this information sooner!

Nope! safe for all levels! no exercise required.

What if it's been many years since I had a baby? Is there hope for me?
YES! YES! It is never too late to learn these tips! I have had grandma's take this! The sooner you take it the more you can prevent, but its never too late to restore function to the core!

The results you can expect to see from this course are not outward results. Does this help get rid of my belly "pooch"
The belly pooch can be from several different things including poor posture, weak muscles, an ab separation and belly fat. This mini course will help the muscles start to heal and posture start to restore so moms can notice a change in their pooch sometimes right away! However this course does not allow enough time to tone the muscles so I would refer you to my Total Core Recovery Course for that. Nor does it focus on fat burning so I would refer you to my mini belly burner course called Ignite Overnight!

Does this help a with leaking?
Yes! Applying the strategies that you learn in this course you can start the process to strengthen the pelvic floor. After this course I suggest continuing on to my "Leak Free in 3" course to keep strengthening the pelvic floor using my A.B.B. method. I also suggest seeing a pelvic floor PT in your area if you can to get assessed and make sure your muscles are responding properly.
